Just read about René Redzepi’s restaurant, Noma, in the NYT. He cooks exclusively with ingredients from Nordic countries and he has trained at El Bulli and The French Laundry.
Everything about this place sounds amazing. Also, it was recently named as the top restaurant in the world.
I’m beginning to think that I’m overdue for another visit to Denmark…
