I made two types of latkes last night with Tamar.
The ones on the left are very traditional ones. The recipe comes from SweetAmandine.com.
The ones on the right are Red Flannel Potato Latkes with potatoes, beets, and celery root. The recipe is from The New York Times. They’re very tasty, but I recommend adding an egg and some flour to the recipe so that they’ll hold together better.
