Starting Monday 11/30, I will be working at Covestor as the Director of Business Development.

Covestor is a social investing service where proven self-investors can share their investment decisions and earn fees by allowing others to follow them in real time with real money. We believe that salaried fund managers have no monopoly on investment talent and shouldn’t have a lock on the rewards that come with investment success.

Among Covestor’s investors are Union Square Ventures and Spark Capital. I will join a small team located in New York which compliments another small team located in the UK, and will focus on several areas including marketing/client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and general team support. I’ll be working closely with the CEO and management team, who are all extremely impressive and people from which I know I can learn an incredible amount. I can honestly say I am more excited about working for Covestor than I’ve been about anything in my professional life thus far.

I will miss my dear friends at BustedTees (Amanda, Caroline, Dave, Mikhail, and Will) and the rest of the CollegeHumor/Vimeo family. The last three years have been the best ever. Don’t be strangers!
