I like to keep my icon arrangement as close to stock-looking as I can. Just to keep SOME level of Apple integrity, I guess, but I replace apps with their more useful counterparts. For example, I have weatherbug there instead of the stock weather app.
I’m jailbroken running 5-icon dock as well, and the Glasklart Winterboard theme.
