Neil deGrasse Tyson: Living and Longevity (by bigthink)

Impressions of a Chromebook
I’ve been using the Samsung Chromebook as my primary computer for the past few months. My past self (who has never owned a non-Apple laptop) would probably be appalled at this statement, but I’m really enjoying the experience of living in the Chrome OS.
It definitely took a little while to get used to, but once I took the dive (and also took advantage of the increasingly great Chrome extensions), I found that there were fewer and fewer instances where I missed my MacBook Air.
If you’re looking for a new laptop and don’t want to spend a lot of money, I can guarantee that you’re not going to find a better device for $250.
Don’t be scared. Embrace the cloud. It’s great.
